FUTURA S.P.A – REDEVELOPMENT OF THE EXTERNAL FACADE OF THE COMPANY HEADQUARTER

In 2017, the Vitali Architettura Studio was commissioned to redevelop the external facade of the corporate headquarters of “Futura S.p.A.”.

After a careful analysis of the many existing solutions, the attention focuses on the use of expanded – micro-perforated sheets: a product made of aluminum and stainless steel that offers various application possibilities and which, in recent years, has been very successful as it gives the building a good light shielding while maintaining a transparent skin.

For Futura S.p.A, the sheet is mounted on custom-sized frames and then applied both for the entire cladding of the building and for the construction of the metal base on which the company brand will be installed (then located on the various sheds present).

A small intervention also within the management office is characterized by the use of a simple window sticker applied to the entire surface, thus shielding the common areas with respect to the individual offices.
